Many essential oils on the market are heavily contaminated or adulterated with synthetic chemicals. If you’re buying essential oils, it means you want something completely natural, safe and effective. Therefore the most important thing to look for is purity. Every batch of doTERRA essential oils goes through a rigorous testing process. The essential oil industry did not have standards to ensure purity, so doTERRA created one and no oil that is not 100 % pure gets released to the market.

Essential oils can enter our cells and some of them even cross the blood brain barrier. So they have to be the highest quality possible.

I don’t leave the house without my oils, I use them several times a day, drink them, diffuse them and rub them on me.
My favorite oils are: Rose, Console, Aromatouch, Balance, Air, Frankincense, OnGuard, Holiday Joy, Lavender & Fennel. I have to admit though, it changes and depend on my mood.
